Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues

missing amenitiesextra charges

The room I got wasn't as expected. some basic amenities were missing. I had to pay extra for a toothbrush and toothpaste, inconvenient. There was also no complimentary water. A regular bottle cost 3 euros.

The location was excellent. It was really close to transportation and the Louvre. The bed was very comfy, I had great sleep. The shower also had good pressure. These things are important.

the location was superb. it was within a short walk of so many tourist locations. the area around the hotel was very nice, especially the great shops. we loved being located very close to the metro, but the staff were helpful, really as good as any i have come across before in hotels.

mixed feelings about my stay

weak hairdryermodern thermostat

My stay had some issues. the bathroom lacked proper ventilation. There was no window. also, i found the hair dryer quite weak. It really took a long time to dry my hair. the thermostat seemed modern but did not properly regulate the temperature in the room. I was quite cold.

the location was acceptable it was close to many points of interest.

the staff was not nice except for the front desk people breakfast was mediocre it was not a french breakfast the breakfast area was not properly cleaned making it hard to find a table

The hotel has a superb location near the opera house. It is also close to many tourist spots. The room was really clean and modern. Showers are excellent.

The reception is tiny, there is hardly any seating space. There was no water in the room.
